Warranty Returns – OEM products
If it has been determined to return a product directly to MCG, the following procedure should be followed.
- Download and complete the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form
- E-mail or Fax the completed form to Customer Service following the instructions on the RMA form.
- An RMA number will be assigned and returned to you.
- Once you receive the RMA number, ship the product to the address atop of the RMA request form. Make sure you affix the RMA number from the form to the outside of the box.
Warranty Returns – Products purchased through MCG Authorized Distributors
Contact the MCG distributor where products were purchased. Authorized distributors will file the appropriate forms (Returned Material Authorization) and establish the warranty period.
